“LUXE IS IN THE DETAILS” Genesis’ New Marketing Campaign

Genesis has launched a new marketing campaign called “Luxe Is in the Details” to promote its award-winning SUV lineup in the US. The campaign includes three TV spots showcasing the GV80, GV60, and Electrified GV70 SUVs.

Genesis has created a groundbreaking campaign that defies traditional luxury car ads. The use of advanced technology and production techniques showcases the exquisite beauty and intricate details that set Genesis apart.

The ads feature visually stunning shots of luxury vehicles, showcasing their features in dynamic and captivating sequences. The campaign takes a refreshing approach to automotive advertising, with a focus on showcasing the vehicles’ distinctive characteristics without relying on static images or videos.

“At Genesis, the craftmanship, technology, and designs of our vehicles give the brand a bold and distinct identity,” said Wendy Orthman, executive director of marketing at Genesis Motor America. “The ‘Luxe is in the Details’ campaign highlights the unique details our customers enjoy and encourages consumers to explore the brand’s design focus and attention to detail, immersing themselves in the features that our products have to offer.”

The “Luxe Is in the Details” marketing campaign was developed in collaboration with Genesis’ agency of record, INNOCEAN USA, and marks chief creative officer Jason Sperling’s first major campaign with the brand.

“We needed to leverage a brand truth that would help us stand apart from the many well-known nameplates in the category. We found our truth in ‘details’. The level of detail, craftsmanship, and finish that go into every aspect of Genesis vehicles is astounding, and what matters most to an audience of luxury disruptors,” said Jason Sperling, chief creative officer at INNOCEAN USA. “My hope is that the brand breaks through a cluttered sea of category sameness and creates more desire than ever for these amazing vehicles.”

Genesis’ media agency, Canvas Worldwide, coordinated media placements. The campaign will include national and regional TV commercials, social media, and key digital partnerships.

The GV80 is a stylish SUV with a captivating and elegant design that showcases intricate detailing and sophisticated technology. It features a Crest Grille, Parabolic Lines, and a distinct Two Lines light signature, making it a standout in its class.

The GV60 is an electric vehicle with innovative technologies such as the Crystal Sphere for a personalized driving experience. Its design embodies Athletic Elegance with a sleek coupe-like appearance and iconic Two Lines light signature.

The Electrified GV70 SUV is Genesis’ latest EV model, assembled in the U.S. It features signature Genesis design elements, including a Crest Grille with a hidden EV charging port. The interior offers a driver-focused experience with premium materials like woven wool, tricot, suede, and leather surfaces.
