Tom: Any mods/changes coming up that you can talk about?
Terje: At this time I have some items already purchased and planned for installation. I have an engine bay dress up kit from Z-Spec, Jarret’s LIT intake scoops, mesh material for the upper and lower grills, a wood-grain interior trim kit, and a bunch of things just for maintenance of sorts, rim protectors, a new hash mark for the fender, etc.
On my wish-list, which may be unrealistic for a while are several things:
- An upgrade to Ferrada wheels
- Coilovers
- A lower grill in carbon fiber
- Katzkins interior
- Carbon fiber engine bay cover – front section
- Remote Start
- Water/Meth injection
- and … maybe an ECU-tune
But we’ll see. I’m not even sure I could make a list of the current mods, the list is too long.
Tom: What car do you envision in your future? If it is not currently made, describe it for us?
Terje: I think stungbykia.com posted an article about the new G90 not too long ago. I think that would be it. However, I was planning on keeping the Stinger for about ten years, so we’ll see what comes up in the meantime. 8 years to go 😉
Tom: If you could go back in time, before you bought your GTS; and tell yourself something you know now, what would that be? Anything?
Terje: About the car? I didn’t realize it did not have memory seats, which I’m still puzzled about. I also didn’t realize it had the simple/ugly instrument cluster from the base GT. I did upgrade the gauge cluster on my car. I found one on eBay from a GT2.
Tom: Thank you BIG T for allowing us to take some of your time to get to know you better. I am looking forward to seeing that beautiful GTS this upcoming car season!
