Hyundai introduced to the U.S. market the next vehicle in the Ionic sub-brand at the LA Auto Show, the 2023 Ioniq 6. Some of the features highlighted include an estimated 340 mile range, 800v 10%-to-80% recharge time in just 18 minutes, over-the-air wireless software and feature updates, speed synchronized ambient cabin lighting which can change dynamically as you go faster, an active sound design feature which can add a space ship inspired sound effect during driving, buttonless doors allowing for a slimmer design increasing storage capacity and a drag coefficient of just 0.22 due to the streamliner exterior design.
The 2023 Ioniq 6 is expected to go on sale in early Spring.
