Rain or shine\, this is a weekly event.\n\n\n \nCurrently being held in the eastern lot of Sunset Coffee due to complications with the lower southern lot due to a night crowd.\n\n\n \nif you are confused on what lot\, check out this video on where to park! https://youtu.be/9FfRXZ5Zvc8\n \n\n\nThere were constant issues with people coming at night and being excessively loud / revving/music blasting/fights\, etc. That\, along with an ownership change shut down our lower lot we were holding it in before\, as they chained it up (and now are fencing off the whole lot). We still have our meet in the upper eastern lot\, just not as we had in our lower lot.\n\n\nWe will try to get privileges to access that lower lot as our meet is more respected than the night crowd that ruined it for us. Sorry for any issues/confusion that has arisen with that.

DESCRIPTION:Caffeine & Carburetors is a gathering of automotive enthusiasts. We meet at Zumbach’s Gourmet Coffee in New Canaan\, CT to enjoy our rides and share them with like-minded gear heads hiding in and around Connecticut and New York. Smaller\, informal gatherings occur every Sunday morning throughout the year with 4 larger events in the spring\, summer\, and fall.  \nWe have a tendency to lean toward sports cars\, with the occasional Model A or 1920′s Rolls Royce\, but our emphasis is on foreign sports cars. We enjoy all vehicles and there are no sponsorships or awards. \nDoug Zumbach began hosting these gatherings in 1995. These Sundays start around 8 am to gather and enjoy a cup of coffee followed by a leisurely drive through the countryside. \nCaffeine and Carburetors is a way to indulge the gear head in all of us. \nBeing a gathering and not a juried event\, there is no registration\, and events are free for all.

This month’s show will be on Sunday\, February 12th weather permitting\, starting at 8am and ending at 11am. Feel free to stay in the village as long as you want! The corporation that owns the village unfortunately still asks for any cars that are on display to be parked in the stone lot. We can still park in all the lots in the village just if you plan to pop your hood it has to be in the stone lot per request of the piazza corporation. people and signs will be around to help guide you to a parking spot. We plan to bring car culture back to the village by hosting these meets every second Sunday of the month as long as weather permits!
